Shipping & returns
Dispatch
A reference that is in stock leaves the workshop within two working days. A pre-order ships when its run is ready, and you are told by email when it leaves.
Delivery
Every order ships free and insured. The checkout shows the delivery options for your address before you pay.
Returns
Returns are free for 30 days from delivery, and the watch has to come back in the condition it arrived in. Write to the workshop from the contact page to start one.
Duties
Prices are in US dollars. Where a destination charges import duty or local tax that the checkout does not show as a line on your order, it is payable on delivery.
