What is collected
Contact and delivery details when you place an order; your name, email and saved addresses if you open an account; the address you give the newsletter; and whatever you write in a message to the workshop, including a watch's serial number.
Retention and rights
Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, or for it to be deleted, from the contact page.
