How long is the warranty?
Five years from purchase, matching the service interval. It covers the movement and the case, not the strap and not water ingress after an unauthorised opening.
Do you service watches you did not make?
No. The bench is set up for the Renner calibres and nothing else.
What does a service cost?
It depends on the calibre and what it needs. A routine service on a cal. 4A is quoted before any work starts, and nothing proceeds without that being agreed.
Can I change the strap myself?
Yes. Every case uses quick-release spring bars, and the tool ships in the box.
Do you ship internationally?
