A workshop, not a factory
Every movement is regulated in six positions and left to settle for 72 hours before it is cased. That takes time we cannot compress, so we do not try.
Scaling past 400 pieces a quarter would mean outsourcing regulation. We have priced the business so we never have to.
Servicing
Most brands quote a three-year interval because that is what the lubricant datasheet says under worst-case conditions. We tested ours under actual wear for four years before committing to five. Here is the data, and what we check when a watch comes in.
